User management and access levels
It is possible for you to manage independently, which users have access to your organization's account and at which level. To access this functionality, you have to be a master user. You can see which users are masters by the text next to their username.
New masters users can be created by contacting Proximi.io support. Note: Requests can be only placed by another Master user.
Changes are implemented in the user management are applied the next time the user logs out and back in.
We recommend only giving access to the features that each user requires. For example Place Management is typically only needed for Master level users, as it is rare that new buildings or floors would be added on the portal. Whereas access to wayfinding management and analytics will more likely be used frequently.
Managing access per venue/project
If your organization has multiple venues or projects, we typically recommend setting them under different accounts. This allows you to control which venue each user can access. You can enable or disable access per venue by clicking the symbol under the project's column on the row representing each user.
Note: if you disable a venue from a master user (including yourself), that venue disappears from their management view. This allows you to create master users, who have access to a limited number of venues.
Managing access per feature
By clicking on a username, you can manage their personal access per feature. Same features are applied across all venues/projects that they have access to.
